Get ready to elevate your weekend routine as Sunroom Pilates brings their Sunkissed matwork pilates class to Spinifex Brewery Cable Beach.

As we prepare to launch our breakfast service we are excited to welcome the team at Sunroom Pilates to host a weekly Saturday morning class. This is yet another demonstration of Spinifex's commitment to collaborate with local businesses to provide a unique experience for our customers.

Sunroom Pilates and Movement is a studio based in the heart of Chinatown. They provide Reformer and Mat classes suited to everyone. They focus of building strength, mobility and mindfulness. Whether you are a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner, their classes are designed to challenge you physically, while respecting your pace and ability.

Sunroom’s classes combine a mix of HIIT, power, circuit and traditional pilates to form a workout that is low-impact but highly addictive. They also offer yoga for those who are after more meditative movement.

Their popular Sunkissed workout will become a new Saturday morning staple at Spinifex Brewery. Post-session, participants can reward themselves with a delicious coffee and breakfast from our new breaky menu.
